Nurse Nikki is our Senior Injector and Trainer here at Frank Aesthetics.
Passionate about cosmetic medicine, Nikki quickly made her mark in the industry with her exceptional skill set, warm customer care, and vibrant personality. Living and breathing aesthetics, Nikki is constantly exploring new innovations, techniques, and growth opportunities to bring the very best to her patients and team. Having performed thousands of treatments, she has established herself as one of the most trusted and highly referred cosmetic nurses on the Gold Coast.

Registered Nurse Kyle is a dynamic and client-focused member of the FRANK Aesthetics team. With a degree in Clinical Aesthetics and a strong passion for skin health and cosmetic medicine, he combines technical expertise with a warm, approachable style.
Kyle is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to delivering safe, personalised treatments. His favourite treatments include lower face augmentation and full facial balancing, where he focuses on achieving natural, harmonious results that enhance and complement each client’s unique features.
Beyond his clinical skills, Kyle’s personality shines through his love of creativity—something that is instantly recognisable not just in his aesthetic artistry, but also in his clothes, tattoos, and personal flair. Nurse Lani has been an Aesthetic Nurse for over three years and has quickly become known for her precision, gentle technique, and eye for natural results. Dr Cam Johnston
Dr. Cam is our multi-talented doctor with a fascinating journey, starting out as a cosmetic injector, teaching other injectors, and then training as a physician to work in mental health.
We’re lucky enough to have him exclusively as part of the Frank Aesthetics team. He combines his medical expertise with a quirky, hilarious personality that keeps both staff and clients smiling.
Known for his love of memes and quick wit, Cam makes even complicated treatments feel approachable. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find him sharing laughs, exploring new ideas, or diving into his latest obsession (probably a meme or two).

Tegan is our clinic manager - basically, when someone says “Can I speak to the manager?” this is who they mean! The youngest on the team, she somehow keeps everyone under control while making the clinic run like clockwork. Her favourite part of the job is building genuine relationships with patients and seeing that contagious smile after they receive treatment.
